Limited Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, provided that the warranty was purchased through our official website, www.milowstore.com.

Products Covered

This warranty applies exclusively to the following products:

• GlowFit Cellulite Massager
• GlowTrim Dual-Head Shaver

Coverage is product-specific and applies only to the item purchased with the corresponding order.

Warranty Terms

• The warranty is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
• It may be claimed only once; upon use, the warranty becomes void.
• Claims made after one (1) year from the purchase date will not be honored.
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions resulting from normal, intended use of the product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Any physical damage, including but not limited to signs of misuse, neglect, impact, or tampering.
• Damage resulting from exposure to moisture or liquids for products not designed to be water-resistant.
• Any defect arising from use that does not conform to the product’s intended purpose.

Claim Requirements

To initiate a warranty claim:

• Customers must provide visual proof showing that the product is free from any physical damage that could reasonably cause the defect.
• In certain cases, the product may need to be returned to our quality control team for evaluation.
• If the claim is approved, the warranty does not entitle the customer to a refund, but rather to a replacement of the same item.

How to Submit a Claim

All warranty claims must be submitted via email to info@milowstore.com no later than one (1) year minus one (1) day from the original date of purchase.

Milow Beauty reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the above criteria.
